Τι είναι το FACe;
Το FACe είναι το Γενικό Σημείο Εισόδου ηλεκτρονικών τιμολογίων της Γενικής Διοίκησης του Ισπανικού Κράτους. Είναι ένα σημείο εισόδου για αυτά τα έγγραφα και ισχύει για όλες τις αυτόνομες κοινότητες.
Η μορφή που υποστηρίζεται από το FACe είναι το Facturae, με την υποχρέωση καθορισμού των κωδικών DIR3.
Το B2Brouter είναι συνδεδεμένο με το FACe, οπότε τα τιμολόγιά σας θα αποστέλλονται στο σημείο εισόδου απευθείας και αυτόματα. Με αυτόν τον τρόπο μπορείτε επίσης να ενημερωθείτε για την κατάσταση του τιμολογίου σας μέσω του συστήματος ειδοποιήσεων.
Τι είναι οι κωδικοί DIR3;
Οι κωδικοί DIR3 είναι τρία υποχρεωτικά δεδομένα που πρέπει να προσδιορίζονται στα ηλεκτρονικά τιμολόγια που εκδίδονται στις δημόσιες διοικήσεις της Ισπανίας. Οι 3 κωδικοί αντιστοιχούν στο Διαχειριστικό Σώμα, στη Μονάδα Επεξεργασίας και στο Λογιστήριο.

Πότε είναι υποχρεωτικό να δημιουργείτε ηλεκτρονικό τιμολόγιο;
Στην Ισπανία, η ηλεκτρονική τιμολόγηση είναι υποχρεωτική από το 2015 για παρόχους της Δημόσιας Διοίκησης (Δημοτικά Συμβούλια, Περιφερειακές Κυβερνήσεις, Generalitat, Υπηρεσίες Υγείας, Πανεπιστήμια κ.λπ.) Οι εταιρείες ή οι ελεύθεροι επαγγελματίες που είναι υπεργολάβοι ή εργολάβοι δημοσίων συμβάσεων πρέπει επίσης να εκδίδουν τα τιμολόγιά τους σε ηλεκτρονική μορφή.
Για το δημόσιο τομέα, τα τιμολόγια πρέπει να αποστέλλονται σε μορφή Facturae και τα ηλεκτρονικά τιμολόγια πρέπει να αποστέλλονται μέσω του κατάλληλου σημείου εισόδου.
