Wat is Peppol-netwerk?

PEPPOL is de open netwerk dat is vastgesteld voor de uitwisseling van elektronische documenten in Europa (en in toenemende mate in landen zoals Australië en Nieuw-Zeeland) die het mogelijk maakt het versturen van elektronische facturen van beide bedrijven aan overheidsdiensten als tussen de eigen particuliere bedrijven. De verschillende landen waar Peppol wordt ingezet kunnen verschillende wettelijke vereisten hebben, maar ze voldoen allemaal aan het vastgestelde standaardformaat.

Het standaard Peppol formaat is Peppol BIS3 , en het is verplicht om de Peppol Participant ID op te geven van de klant die moet worden geregistreerd bij een netwerkregistratieservice genaamd SMP.

B2Brouter is een geaccrediteerd Peppol Access Point (AP) en Service Metadata Publisher (SMP), zodat uw facturen en andere elektronische documenten direct en transparant kunnen worden verzonden naar en ontvangen van elk lid van het Peppol-netwerk. Daarnaast registreren wij als B2Brouter member altijd de mogelijkheid om notificaties van factuurstatuswijzigingen te ontvangen, zodat u altijd op de hoogte bent van de processtatus van uw factuur.

Wat is een Peppol-ID?

Om facturen of andere elektronische documenten te ontvangen via Peppol-netwerk, is het verplicht om de Peppol-ID van de ontvanger op te geven, een unieke identificatie voor elk bedrijf of elke instelling die in dit netwerk is geregistreerd. Als u een factuur moet uitgeven via Peppol-netwerk, moet u de Peppol-ID van uw klant op de factuur vermelden om deze correct te kunnen verzenden en verwerken.

In de B2Brouter directory vind je de Peppol ID geverifieerd door CARBON CENTRIC AS en die van andere bedrijven geregistreerd bij Peppol-netwerk.
